I started taking photos because of my own kids. You get about ten years where they'll still hold your hand in public, and I wanted proof of it. The camera was my attempt at slowing things down. It didn't work, they still grew up, but I ended up with a few hundred photos I'd never trade, and eventually figured out I could do that for other families too.
